• The inverter must be connected to a 12volt DC input supply voltage and be capable of providing the necessary power for the load at the output to operate properly.
  
• The inverter must be connected directly to the power supply.
  
  
• The source can be a battery or stabilized DC supply voltage.
  
  
• Connect the black cable to the negative (-) pole of the inverter to the negative pole of the power supply and the same with the red cable to the positive (+) pole of the power supply.
  
  
• Check that all connections are correct.
